We do one thing and we do it well: mobile windshield chip and crack repair. Not sure if your damage can be fixed? Send us a photo and we'll give you an honest answer.

Stone chip repair

A stone chip is the small impact mark a piece of gravel leaves behind. Left alone, temperature changes and road vibration push it into a crack — sometimes overnight. We inject a clear resin that fills the break and bonds the glass back together, restoring the structural integrity of the windshield.

  • • All common stone chip types — star breaks, bullseyes, and combination chips
  • • Typical repair takes about 30 minutes on-site
  • • Prevents the chip from spreading into a larger crack

Crack repair (up to 14")

We can repair single cracks up to about 14 inches in length — the ROLAGS industry-standard repairable limit. The repair resin fills the crack and bonds the glass back together, restoring the structural integrity of the windshield. A faint line may remain visible, but the crack is sealed and repaired.

When repair isn't the answer

Some damage isn't safely repairable: cracks longer than 14 inches, multiple cracks meeting at a single point, deep damage that has reached the inner layer of glass, or chips directly in the driver's primary line of sight. In those cases we'll tell you straight that you need a full windshield replacement — and we'd rather lose the job than sell you a repair that won't hold.

Send us a photo and we'll let you know which category yours falls into.

Insurance

Many Ontario auto insurance policies cover stone chip repair with no deductible — check with your provider. We don't currently process insurance claims directly, but you're welcome to submit to your insurer yourself.

Common Questions

How do I know if my chip or crack can be repaired?+

If the chip is smaller than a quarter, the crack is under about 14 inches, and it's not directly in your line of sight, it's usually repairable. Bigger than that, in your direct line of sight, or multiple cracks meeting at one point — we'll tell you straight that you need a replacement instead.

How long does a repair take?+

Most chip and single-crack repairs take about 30 minutes on-site.

Will the crack still be visible after the repair?+

The repair resin bonds the glass back together and restores its structural integrity. A faint line may remain visible, but the crack is sealed and won't spread.

Do you come to me?+

How do I pay?+
